Program: Virtual Workout Program A self-paced program with daily workout videos, accessible online through this app. Participants will follow a structured workout plan that targets strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, along with daily meal and supplement guidance.

Plan Includes

  • Daily workouts, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes

  • Types of Workouts: Cardio Endurance, Strength Training & Stretching/Yoga & Mobility

  • Customization: Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels, ensuring the challenge is accessible to beginners as well as more advanced participants.

  • Meal Plans Nutritional Focus: A balanced mix of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbs) to promote muscle recovery, energy, and overall health.

  • Meal Plan Options: Participants will receive a weekly meal plan with simple, nutritious meals and recipes to support their fitness goals.

  • Supplement Recommendations: Participants will receive a detailed guide on the best supplement options for recovery and energy, joint and muscle health, immune support and overall health and wellness, along with recommended dosages.

  • Support & Accountability: Access to an online community forum for workouts, motivation, and accountability.

  • Goals & Outcomes: Improve strength, endurance, and flexibility; Enhance overall health with balanced nutrition and supplementation; Foster community engagement and support for lasting results

How it works

  • Sign up for the "Reboot 28" Challenge
  • Complete onboard questionnaire after logging into the app
  • Follow the weekly challenge fitness plan and nutrition plan that is provided for you in the app every Sunday. Nutrition plans will be provided in advance for grocery shopping and meal preparation.
