When it comes to health, fitness, and wellness for midlife women, I believe in a sustainable and holistic approach to transforming not just the body during midlife, but the mind as well. My approach to health, fitness and wellness for midlife women, is to combine age-appropriate cardio (indoor walking) and Pilates and yoga fitness programs that strengthen, lengthen and tone the body, with nutrition and healthy eating meal plans that help to manage midlife weight gain, while also nourishing and healing both the mind and body. My "MidFit" fitness and nutrition programs are designed to help midlife women feel healthy and well, energetic, confident, and more like themselves again. Lastly, when working with clients, instead of just giving you a fitness and meal plan, I like to fully understand your needs, goals, lifestyle and any limitations you may have, and start to build from the ground up. I will work to build weekly fitness plans and monthly nutrition plans that you are comfortable with, and that will also GET RESULTS!! So, join me, and let's make your midlife, your best life!!
