When it comes to health, fitness, and wellness for midlife women, I believe in a sustainable and holistic approach to transforming not just the body during midlife, but the mind as well. My approach to health, fitness and wellness for midlife women, is to combine age-appropriate cardio (indoor walking) and Pilates fitness programs that strengthen, lengthen and tone the body, with access to nutrition and healthy eating meal plans that help to manage midlife weight gain, while also nourishing and healing both the mind and body. My "MidFit Method" fitness and nutrition programs are designed to help midlife women feel healthy and well, energetic, confident, and more like themselves again.
